It's been a pleasure gaming with you all. At this time though I regret to inform you that Z-City is no longer in Sabbat hands.

Over the last few months we, your ST's, have had a ticking clock in the background with your actions directly affecting its speed and progression. Sadly that clock has not stopped or even slowed. To that end. All but Naberius and Simon are taken to an undisclosed location where you will be re-united with Bitte, albeit across a room, in a steel and perspex cage. Drained and Staked there you remain.

Those with the 'virus' are not so lucky. You are examined over nights and weeks until the cause, transmission and cure is found by your Camarilla doctors. Once you are no longer useful you are disposed of.

A city once claimed from the Tower is in the hands of the tower once more.



The Parasite:

The bug is evolved to use vamps as a host, in this case Babesia. It is possible that the protozoa would then have evolved to shed the gametocytes into the blood and is thus using a ghoul as the definitive host to carry out sexual reproduction and making them assymptomatic. The sporozoites are spread to the Vampire through feeding on an infected and in this case dead ghoul. The ghoul has access to vampire blood thus giving the parasite access to vampire blood, and with ghouls being property and in many cases promiscuous the bug is able to persist almost indefinitely in the ghoul population. Due to the back and forth of blood supply between ghouls and in some cases vampires and the similarities in blood it would follow that it could be possible for a Vampire to act as either the definitive or secondary host making it possible for the condition to be assymptomatic in either the ghoul or the Vampire.

So in this scenario old mate bites an infected person, becomes the secondary host, the reproductive cycle means that the gametocytes are present in the blood in the Vaulderie and are passed to the pack who are now assympotomatic definitive hosts, until they become infected later as a secondary host after receiving sporozoites at the following vaulderie.

Terrorism threat increases as another explosion rocks the city. The Cavendish Meat Packing factory was targeted some time earlier this week. Speculation remains as to why it was targeted. Anyone with information is to come forward to the ZCPD.

In a move that has seen much criticism within the community Hallifax ammunition have decided to continue with their planned reveal of their new designs as well as preview new models still not yet on the market. Legendary Director Guatemallo de Toro was in Zuster recently on a secret visit to scout locations for his new film “Exedous”. Rumors have that the St Barnard island asylum has been selected for this project. Del Toro has been quoted as saying “That place is so creepy that i don't want to go in.
